Season Positions - April 1, 2013 - Mid-November, 2013. Jimco Maintenance, a leader in the maintenance & repair of mobile retail equipment is seeking 3 fulltime Maintenance Techs out of Albany, NY. One will be a Truck Leader and two will be assistants. Must have ability to travel throughout upstate NY and New England with overnight stays required. This is a physically demanding, fast paced job requiring you to bend, stoop and lift 50+ pounds. Supervisor will have a leadership role managing 2 assistants, interacting with store management & be responsible for maintaining company vehicle and equipment. Assistants will also be responsible for assisting with these tasks. Responsibilities include: pressure cleaning, minor MIG welding, caster & wheel change plus other miscellaneous repairs of grocery store equipment (shopping carts, bakers racks, floats, etc.). Service of two store per night is required during a 4 night work week. Additional travel may be required at beginning and end of weeek. Service begins at approximately 10:00pm each evening. We supply a large box truck outfitted with all of the euipment necessary to do the job. We do require a pre-employment check of your driver's license and also a pre-employment drug screening. If hired a DOT physical is required. Depending on position you are hired for the starting salary is between $500.00 - $600.00 per 4 night work week. Extra dsys pay is given for each day over 4. There is an increase in salary following a 4-6 week training period. Company paid medical, dental and life insurance after 90 days. 401k available at 1 year.
