Ski Resort Jobs
Working at a ski resort can be a lot of fun for those who live in colder, mountainous climates. There are all kinds of jobs you can be hired for. You can work answering phones and directing calls at the resort's front desk. For this job, you will be trained on how to use the hotel's phone system. You might even get to work behind the counter and help people check in and out of their rooms. You can be hired as a bellhop, helping arriving guests unload their luggage from their cars or cabs and bringing it up to their rooms. For this job, you want to make sure to be friendly and gracious, as you will be working for a tip! You could also be hired in the ski equipment rental shop, where you will help people get the right size ski boot and choose between different kinds of goggles and gloves. You could work on the cleaning staff, visiting people's hotel rooms while they are on the slopes and vacuuming, changing the sheets, scrubbing down the bathrooms, and giving the guests fresh towels. Many ski resorts have restaurants and cafes as well, where you could be hired as a host/hostess, a waiter/waitress, a busser, a dishwasher, or a prep cook.Search Results
