Ranch Jobs
Getting a job on a ranch can put you right in the middle of beautiful natural surroundings, not to mention the fact that you will most likely be working with people and animals all day long. The job is a great one for outgoing animal lovers, needless to say! Ranches require workers for any number of different positions. You can do handy work around the ranch, like painting signs and building fences. Or you can work with the animals - grooming, feeding, and generally taking care of horses, for example. You can give guided tours to guests of the ranch - you will have to be good at memorizing some local history! You can also work in a restaurant if the ranch has one (and most modern ranches do). Here, you may work as a host or hostess, a busser, a dishwasher, or even a waiter or waitress! You might also consider applying for a job as a bellhop. This position would require you to meet guests at their cars or taxis when they first arrive at the ranch, and then help them with their bags to their room. Regardless of what job you have, make sure to stay friendly with the guests, as you will likely be relying on their tips for a large portion of your income.Search Results
